The IEPS is a perceptual/attitudinal inventory consisting of 18 response items.
This scale focuses on the measurement of four attitudes important to interprofessional settings. It will be administered twice during the study
Regenstrief Survey of Organizational Characteristics
The survey examines team and cultural environment perceptions
It will be administered once at the beginning of the study and once at the end

Conducted at the conclusion of the study or as participants exit
“Practice Genogram”
A Practice Genogram is an assessment tool that is used to identify patterns of interaction, system strengths and vulnerabilities. It is a tool or discussion piece to further understand teams’ functions.
Genograms will be completed twice during the study.
