Your participation in completion of the surveys is entirely voluntary and anonymous. Whether you have signed a consent form for the project or not, your input is valuable.

Learners please complete the IEPS survey only.

Staff are being asked to complete both surveys:

Interdisciplinary Education Perception Scale (IEPS)

The IEPS is a perceptual/attitudinal inventory consisting of 18 response items.
This scale focuses on the measurement of four attitudes important to interprofessional settings. It will be administered twice during the study.

Regenstrief Survey (RS)

The survey examines team and cultural environment perceptions. It will be administered once at the beginning of the study and once at the end.
